God, I absolutely love this boy. Seeing him after getting Capper instead makes me very sad. This is Mendax, an early concept version of Capper from the MLP Movie Artbook. Only ever see super low res screenshots of him, so I vectored him in bootiful high-def so you can all appreciate him.
